Unicorns 2013

This year’s 40 over Competition will be known as The Yorkshire Bank 40. Our Group includes two new opponents – Middlesex and Leicestershire – together with Somerset, Yorkshire, Glamorgan and Gloucestershire. The Fixtures section gives details of our YB40 matches as well as those of the Unicorns ‘A’ side that represents us in the 2nd X1 Trophy and T20 Competitions.

We break new ground with visits to Truro and Chesterfield for our Home matches with Somerset and Yorkshire and re-visit Southend to play Middlesex and Glamorgan. Gloucestershire and Leicestershire will be visiting Wormsley for the first time. We too will be making a first appearance at Lord’s and Grace Road.

Our regular winter training at Malvern College is going well, but with several players to consider who are currently playing abroad, the Unicorns Squad will not be named before the end of March.
